This petition for writ said to be filed in public interest is preferred to have direction for respondents no.2 and 3 to evict the unauthorized occupant from the land of Gaon Sabha.
On asking it is disclosed that petitioner is himself a member of Gaon Sabha. The petitioner as such is required to agitate his cause before the Gaon Sabha and other administrative authority including District Magistrate, Bulandshahar.
The petition for writ is disposed of by keeping petitioner at liberty to agitate his cause before the District Magistrate, Bulandshahar or before the other authorities competent.
