Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it was not within the knowledge of the petitioners that third party rights have been created in the property in question. Therefore, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh with correct and true facts.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition.
