Heard Sri G.L. Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Petitioner has raised a grievance that respondent no.5 has encroached on the land of pond no.287 situated at Nagdilpur, P.S.-Soraon, District-Allahabad. He prays for a direction to respondent nos.1, 2, 3 and 4 to demolish encroachments made by the respondent no.5.
This petition without commenting on the merits of the case can be disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 i.e. District Magistrate-Allahabad; that in case, petitioner who canvasses himself to be a Gram Pradhan belonging to Schedule Caste Community approaches the concerned District Magistrate within 15 days from today, then District Magistrate shall get the claims of the petitioner in regard to encroachment on the land of pond in the hands of respondent no.5, get examined within further period of 15 days, and in case, it is found that encroachment has been made on public land, then shall cause it to be removed within further period of 30 days.
