This Court passed the following order on 15.2.2005:
"Counter affidavit filed by private party and rejoinder affidavit filed, are taken on record.
Learned A.G.A. prays for and is granted two weeks time to file counter affidavit.
List on 15.3.2005 Till then final judgement shall not be delivered in the case."
Further, the Court on 15.12.2017, clearly observed that interim order is not being extended. A period of more than one year and seven months have rolled by since the date of passing of the order dated 15.12.2017. The final judgement must have been delivered. As such, the present criminal revision has been rendered infructuous, by the efflux of time.
It is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
