Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the uprooting of kharanja in the village and as such wants that the said kharanja be restored by putting interlocking tiles on the public pathway of the village Ubhai, Tehsil Harraiya, District Basti.
None of the respondents arrayed in the writ petition are the persons who can be entrusted with the work of restoring kharanja.
The petitioner has not arrayed the proper parties against whom he wants to seek the above relief.
In view of the above, the petition is misconceived and is dismissed.
