In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to fourth respondent.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to second respondent i.e. Regional Assistant Director (Basic) Vth Region, Varanasi to pass appropriate order in pending application dated 6.1.2018 regarding appointment of the petitioner under Dying in Harness Rules, 1974 as per the Government Order dated 31.1.1997.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the second respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
