Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for wilful disobedience of the order dated 07.07.2021 passed in Writ Petition No. 14561 of 2021 (Akhilesh Kumar Singh Vs. State of U.P. & others.).
It is stated in the supplementary affidavit by Sri Ranjeet Asthana, learned counsel for the applicant that the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied with, copy of the order is annexed as Annexure No.1 to the affidavit.
Since the order of the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
