Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. Shri Diptiman Singh appears for respondent nos.3 to 5.
Present writ petition has been preferred assailing the validity of the impugned order dated 7.5.2021 passed by respondent no.3 by which the services of the petitioner has been attached to the office of respondent no.2 and for a direction to respondent no.5 to sanction leave of the petitioner pursuant to application of the petitioner dated 7.5.2021 seeking leave.
Learned counsel for the respondents on the basis of instructions has submitted that the order impugned is purely temporary in nature and has been passed for certain period and after expiry of the said period the applicant would be relieved.
The Court has proceeded to examine the record in question and find that the order impugned is purely temporary in nature and has been passed taking into account the serious pandemic situation. The Court does not find any good ground to interfere in the matter under Art.226 of the Constitution of India at this pandemic situation.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
