1. Heard Sri Sanjay Rajpoot, learned Counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents.
2. Writ petition has been filed seeking mandamus commanding respondent - Indusind Bank Limited to accept outstanding loan amount in easy installments.
3. It is not the case of petitioner that recovery proceedings have been initiated by respondents 2 and 3, by referring to any statutory provision. Moreso this is matter between two private parties, therefore, writ petition is not maintainable.
4. Dismissed accordingly.
