Heard Sri R.K. Paramhans holding brief of Sri K.K. Tripathi learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the opposite parties.
By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicants is seeking a direction to the A.C.J.M.-II, Kanpur Dehat to expedite the proceeding of Criminal Case No.196 of 2019 (State vs. Kanhaiya Lal and another) Case Crime No.255 of 2016, under Section 420 I.P.C. and Section 60/63 Excise Act, Shivali, District Kanpur Dehat.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to the A.C.J.M.-II, Kanpur Dehat to consider the application of the applicants and decide the proceeding of Criminal Case No.196 of 2019 (State vs. Kanhaiya Lal and another) Case Crime No.255 of 2016, under Section 420 I.P.C. and Section 60/63 Excise Act, Shivali, District Kanpur Dehat within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
