The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition challenging the order of suspension dated 03.06.2006.
At the time when the writ petition was filed, age of the petitioner was about 48 years. The writ petition is of the year 2006. Therefore, there is all possibility that the petitioner has already been superannuated.
In this view of the matter, the court is of the opinion that, no further order is required to be passed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
