Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party.
The applicants are before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 10.02.2021 passed in Writ Petition No. 1384 of 2021 (Akhilesh Kumar Mishra Vs. State of U.P. and Others).
Today when the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party placed instructions dated 05.10.2021 before this Court received from the office of the opposite party, the same is taken on record and a copy of the same has also been provided to the counsel for the applicant. It reveals from perusal of the instructions that the final report has already been submitted in the matter on 22.03.2021. It is argued by learned counsel for the opposite party that the order of the Writ Court has been fully complied with and no further cause of action would remain survived and prays for dismissal of the present contempt application.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Since the order of the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
In case, the applicant is still aggrieved with the decision of the opposite party, he has a liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
