Petitioner has approached this Court complaining about the inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in not permitting admission to two minors, who are the petitioners herein. 2. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that there are enough vacancies in the school. Even though the admissible vacancy for Scheduled Caste candidates is three which is filled up, still the petitioners can be accommodated in the school.

Under these circumstances, taking on record the aforesaid submission on behalf of the respondents, this writ petition is closed.
