JUDGMENT / ORDER

The record shows that under the order dated 8.8.2011, the petition has been admitted. The said order reads thus:
"Heard Mr.S.I.Nanavati, learned Senior Advocate with Mr.D.K.Puj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Mihir Joshi, learned Senior Advocate with Mr.Asish M. Dagli, learned counsel for respondent No.2 (Caveator), at length and in great detail.
Rule, returnable on 05.09.2011.
The direction contained in the impugned order dated 22.07.2011 passed by respondent No.1 imposing penalty of Rs.500/- each and costs of Rs.2000/- shall remain stayed till then.
It is expected that parties shall abide by the unamended Constitution of the Trust and shall maintain peace, tranquility, law and order."
The office is requested to examine the record and take necessary steps. Since the learned advocate for the petitioner is not present when the petition is called out and taken out for hearing, the hearing is adjourned.
