Heard Mr. Vijay Raval, learned advocate for Mr. C.J. Vin for the petitioner and Ms. Maya Desai, learned advocate for Mr. M.D. Pandya for the respondent.
By way of this application, the applicant-original respondent No.1 has prayed for listing the main matter i.e. Special Civil Application No.5988 of 2007 for final hearing.
Considering the averments made in the application, the main matter i.e. Special Civil Application No.5988 of 2007 is fixed for final hearing in the week beginning from 30.7.2012. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
