The only prayer made in the instant application is for a direction to the Judge Small Causes Court, Agra before whom SCC Suit No. 27 of 2015 is pending, to decide the same within a prescribed time frame.
Counsel for the applicant points out that the matter is posted for cross-examination of PW-1 but the opposite party is seeking adjournment and is not cross-examining PW-1.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2015, the instant application is disposed of with direction to the Judge, Small Causes Court, Agra to ensure that the suit is decided expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to the parties.
