JUDGMENT / ORDER

Inspite of the order dated 22.03.2004 passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 1118 of 2004, the respondent has not resumed the duty. In that view of the matter, the appropriate alternative option is to pay lumpsum compensation to the respondent. With a view to enable Mr. Patel, learned advocate for the petitioner to take instructions, matter is adjourned to 17.01.2013.
