Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court concerned to decide application 6-C seeking temporary injunction, pending in Suit No.264 of 2017 (Smt. Akeela Begam Vs. Abdul and another), within stipulated period.
In case the parties have been served and there is urgency for consideration of the said application, it is open for the petitioner to move an urgency application before the court concerned for expeditious consideration of the said application. It is expected that if any such urgency application is filed, the court below shall accord due consideration to it.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off. Order Date :- 27.4.2018.
