1. Heard Mr. Parmar as well as Mr. Mishra, learned Counsels appearing for the petitioner does not press this petition.
2. Mr.Parmar and Mr. Mishra while arguing the petition have taken this Court through the policies of the State Government and, more particularly, the declaration of policy vide resolution dated 24.4.1981 which provides for disposal of government waste land. Mr. Mishra, learned Advocate for the petitioner further submits that there is revised policy of the government and it is further revised in 2003. Considering the fact that the father of the present petitioner was granted land on one year basis and thereafter according to the petitioner, he has continued in possession, the petitioner desires to apply again for the benefit of the policies of the State Government for grant of such land.
3. Without expressing any opinion, if any such application is filed, the respondent authority including the State Government shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner without being influenced by the present order.
4. With this observation, the petition is disposed of as not pressed. Notice discharged with no order as to costs.
