JUDGMENT / ORDER

Read our order dated 14/10/2014. It is submitted that some of the occupants have been evicted for facilitating the respondent Municipality to construct a drainage by the side of the pipeline road. It is submitted by the learned Standing counsel for the Water Authority that if the Municipality makes a request for issuance of NOC, the same will be considered. It is also submitted that meeting was convened as directed by this Court and the Municipality was communicated to apply for NOC. 2. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the Municipality to apply for NOC before the Water Authority forthwith and the Water Authority shall consider the application for NOC to be filed by the Municipality within one week of receipt of such application. It is also undertaken by the Municipality that the construction of drainage will be done in a scientific manner after W.P(C) No.8520/2014 2 obtaining necessary views from the experts. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
