Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By way of the instant application, the applicants have sought for correction in the order dated 17.05.2019 passed by this Court as in the connected Application U/S 482 No.19688 of 2019 Akbar and 2 others Vs. State of U.P. and another, interim order has been granted by this Court referring the matter to the mediation centre of this Court, therefore, the same interim relief may be granted by this Court in this application.
In the order dated 17.05.2019 passed by this Court, the last paragraph shall be read as "till the next date of listing, further proceeding in Complaint Case No.1438 of 2018 Smt. Anjum Khan Vs. Akbar and others, under Sections 498A, 323, 506, 354 I.P.C. and 3 Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.3, Bulandshaher, shall remain stayed".
Consequently, the instant application is disposed of.
