Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs :-
1. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to accept the application of the petitioner as well as permit fee for grant of permanent stage carriage permit on Tehrauli- Bangra via Uldan- Bijna route and consider the same within some stipulated period.
2. to issue any other and further order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
3. to award cost of the petition to the petitioner.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to receive the application of the petitioner along with permit fee for grant of stage carriage permit to him in respect of Tehrauli- Bangra via Uldan- Bijna route, if the law so permits and in case, the application moved by the petitioner is taken on record, the respondents shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law by a speaking and reasoned order within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
