When the writ petitions were taken up for hearing on 16.11.2017, there was no representation for the petitioners and hence, both the matters were ordered to be posted on 17.11.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'.
2.Today, even though, the matters are listed 'for dismissal', neither the petitioners nor their counsel are present to prosecute the matters. Hence these Writ petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
