Petitioner has applied for appointment to the post of Junior Assistant, pursuant to Advertisement No.4/2016 issued by the U.P. Subordinate Service Selection Board. Petitioner's grievance is that though she is eligible but she is not being allowed to participate in the interview.
One of the eligibility criteria specified in the advertisement is possessing of CCC certificate from DOEACC society or any other certificate equivalent to it from an organization which is granted recognition by the Government. Petitioner has obtained certificate from the organization knows as Excel Net Computers Education Centre, which is registered under Societies Registration Act. There is, however, nothing on record to show that the organization from which petitioner has obtained his qualification is granted recognition by Government. In the absence of any recognition granted by the Government, petitioner has not shown to be possessing the requisite qualification in terms of the advertisement.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
