Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
"A. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 21.02.2017 in case crime No. 318/2017, under Section 366 I.P.C. Police Station Barra, District Kanpur Nagar (Annexure no. 1)."
Mr. Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the investigating agency has filed a closure/final report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 bearing no. 89 of 2018 dated 19.02.2018, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
