JUDGMENT / ORDER

Manjula Chellur,CJ
Petitioner is before this Court complaining interference, so far as loading and unloading work, at the hands of respondents 6 to 8. According to petitioner, he has permanent employees, namely respondents 2 to 5, who do loading and unloading work which is incidental to the main work of manufacturing cement.
2. According to learned State Attorney, petitioner has permanent employees and if at all there is any grievance, so far as respondents 6 to 8, they have to approach the concerned Labour Officer seeking redressal of their grievances.
In spite of service of summons, respondents 6 to 8 have remained absent. This writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Police to extend assistance, if any law and order situation arises.
