JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. L.B. Dabhi, on instructions submits that the chargesheet is filed and 'muddamal' has also been produced before the Trial Court.
Hence, learned Advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application at this stage.
Permission as prayed for is granted The Sessions Court is directed to dispose of the case, as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt of writ of the order of this Court and if the trial does not get completed within a period of six months from then, the applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application for bail which shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.
Hence, this application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule discharged.
