JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Heard Mr. K.G. Sukhwani for the petitioner and Mr.Maulin Raval for the respondents.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, under the instructions of the petitioner, who is present in the Court, states that the petitioner intends to withdraw both the petitions with a view to make representation to the Municipal Commissioner, Ahmedabad, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, including that the withdrawal of this petition would not mean that the allegations which were leveled against the private respondent are also withdrawn.
3. On the other hand, Mr. Maulin Raval appearing for the authorities submits that if the representation is made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered in right spirit and the same shall also be decided and communicated to the petitioner preferably within one week, from the date of receipt of representation. Mr.Sukhwani states that petitioner will make representation today itself. If the representation is received by the Municipal Commissioner, Ahmedabad on or before 04.06.2012, it shall be decided, preferably within one week from the date of receipt thereof.
4. Permission for withdrawal of petitions, as aforesaid is granted.
5. These petitions shall be placed before the Division Bench, as per roster, on 11.06.2012 for final order of disposal of petitions.
6. Direct Service is permitted today.
