1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus commanding respondents to provide police security to petitioner.
3. Mr. Surendra Kumar Chaubey, learned counsel for petitioner could not dispute that under the Government Order, the District Level Committee has been constituted to consider threat perception of a person and requirement of security.
4. In view of aforesaid, we dispose of writ petition permitting petitioner to make an appropriate representation before authority concerned alongwith certified copy of this Order within 30 days from today and on receiving such representation, authority concerned shall pass a reasoned order expeditiously and in any case, within two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
