Mr. Devendra Kumar, and Mr. Aman Tiwari, Advocates holding brief of Sri Krishnam Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant has made a request to the Court that during pendency of the present anticipatory bail application, the applicant has surrendered and got himself bailed out and thus the present anticipatory bail application has rendered infructuous.
Sri Sanjay Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the CBI has got no instruction in the matter with regard to the above submission made on behalf of learned counsel for the applicant.
Under these revelation made by learned counsel for the applicant, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as infructuous.
