Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A., for the State.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed with a prayer to direct the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar to hear and decide the Case No. 436 of 2016 (Star Trading Agencies Vs. Keep in Touch Clothing Pvt. Ltd.) under Section 406 I.P.C., Police Station Sector-58, Gautam Budh Nagar, District Gautam Budh Nagar within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the applicant contended that the aforesaid case may be directed to be decided within time frame fixed by this Court.
The present matter pertains to the year 2016.
Consequently, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar to hear and decide the Case No. 436 of 2016 (Star Trading Agencies Vs. Keep in Touch Clothing Pvt. Ltd.), under Section 406 I.P.C., Police Station Sector-58, Gautam Budh Nagar, District Gautam Budh Nagar expeditiously in accordance with law.
