Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Case No. 7293 of 2004, arising out of Case Crime No.
236 of 2004, under Sections- 379, 411 I.P.C., Police Station- Kavi Nagar, District- Ghaziabad, pending before the C.J.M., Ghaziabad.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the charges have been framed on 19.6.2006, but till date, PWs 4, 5 and 7 have not been examined.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to secure the presence of the witnesses and conclude the trial in the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
