HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7607 of 2010 ORDER:
This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the 1st respondent in not including the Chakki grinding technology along with roller flour mill while preparing whole meal atta as highly illegal and arbitrary and for consequential relief to cancel the tender notification dated 20.03.2010 in Proceedings No.PDS.7/26(01)/1600/2010.
2. This Court by order dated 16.04.2010 dismissed the interim application seeking permission for the petitioner to participate in the tender.
3. A perusal of the tender notification, it is shown that the period of contract is for one year from the date of into entering agreement or wheat entrusted by the Corporation is completed converted and delivered to the Corporation. Since, the notification was of the year 2010, nothing survives for adjudication.
4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions in this writ petition, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
