The instant writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent Board to undertake re-evaluation of answer scripts of the petitioner relating to Intermediate Examination 2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the petitioner has already filed an application under Right to Information Act, 2005, but has not seen his copies so far.
Ordinarily, this Court does not direct for re-evaluation in the absence of specific provision in that regard unless it is shown that some grave error has been committed in carrying out evaluation.
Since the petitioner has already applied under Right to Information Act for being shown the copies therefore, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No. 2 to ensure that copies are shown to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order before respondent No. 2. If after perusing the copies, the petitioner discovers any grave error in the evaluation process, it shall be open to the petitioner to approach this Court by way of a fresh petition.
