Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondent no.1 and Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondents no.1 and 2.
Pursuant to an advertisement dated 21.4.2014 issued for selection to the post of Assistant Professor in Degree Colleges by the U.P.Higher Education Service Commission, the petitioner participated in the selection and written examination was held on 14.2.2015. On 21.1.2019 provisional answer key was published inviting objections from the participants. The petitioner filed six objections against six questions, namely, question nos. 9, 77, 78, 84, 85 and 97. The objections with regard to three questions were upheld by the Commission, namely, question nos. 9, 84 and 85 holding that the provisional answer key issued by the Commission was wrong and the petitioner's answers were correct but for the remaining three questions in the final answer key published by the Commission the option as given with regard to three other questions, namely, question nos.77,78 and 97 were not changed and the answer of question nos. 9,84 and 85 were changed.
The petitioner has already made a representation to the Commission raising his objection on 24.4.2019 but no decision has been taken so far.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case the petitioner has filed his objection with regard to question nos. 77, 78 and 97 and the same is still pending, the same be considered and decided, in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before the authority concerned.
