When this appeal was taken up on 24.04.2017, it was reported that the sole appellant died. Hence the appeal was ordered to be posted after eight weeks for taking steps to bring the LRs on record. Thereafter the appeal was posted today, i.e., on 20.06.2017. But till today, no steps have been taken, though sufficient opportunity has been given to the appellant.
