JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsels appearing for both the parties.
2. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that originally the police protection was sought for the construction of Mosque, but pending the writ petition, the construction of Mosque has been completed and taken over by the Wakf Board.
3. In view of the subsequent development during the pendency of the writ petition, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and hence, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
