1.0 By way of present petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction for fixation of pay under 6th Pay Commission and also to grant higher pay scale under the scheme framed by the State Government and releasing retiral pensionary benefits to the petitioner.
2.0 Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court on 16.06.2012, a communication dated 19.07.2012 is received stating that the case of the petitioner is recommended to the higher authority. Copy of the said communication is taken on record. In that view of the matter no further order is required to be passed in the matter. However, the respondent No.2 is directed to decide the case of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of the writ of the order of this Court.
3.0 With the above direction, petition stands disposed of.
