Heard Mr.S.P. Majmudar, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted by him that vide order dated 22.09.2010 of this Court passed in Special Civil Application No.11417 of 2010 filed by the present petitioner, the Town Planning Officer had been directed to consider and decide the objections dated 29.04.2010 raised by the petitioner, within a period of six months from the date of the said order. It is further submitted that by the impugned order dated 13.04.2011, the Town Planning Officer has refused to decide the objections of the petitioner, as directed by this Court in the above mentioned order, stating that individual objections cannot be decided, and a collective decision is to be taken, which stand is contrary to the directions of this Court.
Issue Notice, returnable on 13.02.2012.
