Ajitsinh vs State

It is submitted by learned APP Ms.Shah, on instructions, that the trial has commenced, charge is framed and the matter is kept for recording of evidence of witnesses on 10.5.2012. In view of the above, learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted. The Sessions Court is directed to complete the trial as early as possible, preferably within four months from the date of receipt of the order.
