1. Ms. Kruti M. Shah, learned Advocate for the petitioners points out that the petitioners have filed Letters Patent Appeals against common judgment and order passed in Special Civil Applications No. 1179 of 2006 and 1805 of 2006 dated 1.5.2006 is pending before this Court. Ms. Shah therefore submits that the result of the pending Letters Patent Appeals shall have the direct impact on the present petition and hence prays for time.
