JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner had availed of a loan of 1 lakh in which, admittedly, there was default. The total outstanding amount comes to Rs.2 lakhs and defaulted installments would be Rs.1,43,000/-. If the petitioner satisfies the defaulted arrears, by 10 installments starting from 26.6.2014 along with regular payment of equated monthly installments without committing two defaults, the loan shall be regularized and the petitioner be permitted to continue the loan as per the original agreement. Writ petition disposed of as above.
