JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner had filed an application for renewal which was out of time and was rejected. The petitioner appealed against the said rejection before the Tribunal, which was allowed in Appeal No.225/2014 pending consideration as directed in the appellate order. The petitioner seeks for issuance of temporary permit, by Ext.P4. In such circumstance, it is only appropriate that the Secretary consider Ext.P4 application for temporary permit and grant the same for a period of four months, if there is no other impediment in law.
2. Writ petition is disposed of directing the Secretary to grant and issue temporary permit within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment.
