Petitioner, owner in possession of 04.05 Ares of property comprised in Survey No. 43/16-1-2 in Pattanakkad Village by virtue of Ext.P1 sale deed has submitted Ext.P3 application seeking survey of the property, which is pending consideration, evident from Ext.P4 receipt dated 18.8.2016. Seeking direction for early disposal of Ext.P3, this writ petition is filed.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned senior Government Pleader and perusing the documents on record and pleadings put forth, I am satisfied that a direction can be issued to the first respondent to take a decision on Ext.P3 within a time frame.
3. Accordingly, direction is issued to the first respondent to finaliase the proceedings as per Ext.P3 application, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
