JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner in M.C.No.34/2011 on the file of the Family Court, Thalassery, is the revision petitioner herein. She filed an application for maintenance under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, against the respondent herein and after trial, the Family Court found that she is not entitled to get maintenance and dismissed the application. Aggrieved by the same, the above revision has been filed. 2. During the pendency of this revision, the matter has been referred for mediation at the request of the parties and in the mediation, the matter has been settled and they have entered into a settlement agreement, which has been forwarded to this court along with the report of the mediator for consideration of this court.
3. Both counsel present today and they have submitted that, this revision can be disposed of, after recording the settlement. The counsel for the respondent R. P.(F.C.) No.207 of 2012 2 also submitted that, the amount agreed as per the mediation agreement has been paid and the counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that it has been received also. The above submissions and the mediation agreement are recorded and the revision petition has been disposed of after recording the mediation agreement and on terms of the mediation agreement. The mediation agreement is also made part of the order.
