ORDER:
This civil revision petition arises out of common order, dated 29.04.2014, to the extent it relates to E.A.No.29 of 2014 in E.P.No.44 of 2014 in O.S.No.141 of 1999, on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at NTR Nagar, Hyderabad.
At the hearing, Sri Y.Subba Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, stated that against the same common order which is the subject matter of this revision petition, to the extent it relates to E.A.No.28 of 2014, the petitioner has filed A.S.No.269 of 2014 and that this Court has disposed of the said appeal with certain directions. The learned counsel submitted that in view of the same, this civil revision petition has become infructuous.
The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the revision petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.3296 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
