ORDER The revision petitioner and his wife Smt. Gangambika who is the complainant in C.C. No.35668/2010 on the file of XIV A.C.M.M., Bengaluru and the respondent in this revision petition and his wife Smt. Lalitha who is the accused in C.C. No.35668/2010 and their counsels are present before the Court.
2. The compromise petition is filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure. Both side parties are present before the Court and they have admitted the terms and conditions of the compromise petition and the execution of the compromise petition.
3. In view of the submissions of the counsel, this revision petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise petition.
4. The registry is directed to refund the rent amount of Rs.2,10,000/- deposited by the revision petitioner on proper identification.
