High Court Of Gujarat|06 August, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Mr.
Desai, learned advocate has submitted that he has tendered an application dated 6.8.2012 to the Registrar General requesting that his name as an advocate for the petitioner may be deleted since his client i.e. petitioner wants to engage service of another advocate.
2. Registry has circulated the said note dated 6.8.2012.
3. Ordinarily, the Court would require the learned advocate for the petitioner to comply the procedure prescribed under the High Court's Rules. However, since Mr. Gadhavi, learned advocate has already entered his appearance on behalf of the Petitioner and the learned advocate Mr. Desai has also given "no objection", and since it is submitted by Mr. Gadhavi, learned advocate for the petitioner that he has been instructed to enter his appearance on behalf of the petitioner and accordingly, he has entered his appearance / Vakalatnama and since Mr. Desai, learned advocate has also submitted that he has no objection if Mr. Gadhavi, learned advocate represents the petitioner, the request by Mr. Desai learned advocate is accepted and having regard to the fact that the petitioner has engaged service of another advocate and instructed Mr. Desai to retire from the matter as his advocate, office is directed to take necessary steps so as to reflect the name of Mr. Gadhavi, learned advocate as advocate for the petitioner.
