Mr. Nanavati, Ld. APP waives service of rule for the respondent State.
Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of both the sides, so also considering the medical certificate annexed with the application, it transpires that the mother of the applicant accused is still under treatment.
In above view of the matter, the order of temporary bail dated 16/6/2012 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No. 7505/2012 is further extended for a period of 10 [ten] days from today on the same terms and conditions and that on the same ground, there shall not be any further extension.
Rule made absolute accordingly. DSP.
