JUDGMENT / ORDER

Considered the medical report dated 21-10-2011 of Medical Officer, Vadodara Central Jail, and also the fact that presently the convict prisoner is in jail pursuant to rejection of his request for parole extension by the authority.
The convict prisoner is at liberty to file fresh application before the authority. With this observation, this application is rejected.
